The 4th Annual dinner banquet fund-raiser, honoring The Theotokos, Our Most Holy Mother of God and commemorating the memory of our Holy Gerontissa Taxiarchia was held at the St. Nicholas Cathedral on Saturday, September 9, 2017. With the Very Reverend Father John Chakos as Master of Ceremonies and Robert Mangione of KDKA as Auctioneer, an animated and successful Live Auction was held of 2 beautifully jeweled icons of Panagia and a hand-painted icon by Gerontissa Theophano, "The Panagia, Spinner of Linen" -“Η Παναγια Λινουργοτισσα”
